A proposal that takes three days loses the booking.
Proposals · e-sign · deposits · BEOs · the night — by Heard Management
Book more of your best nights. See the profit on each.
AI drafts the proposal in your voice. The client accepts, signs, and pays the deposit on their phone. The BEO writes itself.
What is SavorBanquet and what does it cost?
SavorBanquet is private-events and catering software for independent restaurants — a lead pipeline, AI-drafted proposals and BEOs, a no-login client portal for accept + e-sign + deposit, a mobile day-of captain app, and per-event contribution margin. It costs $9.99 per venue per month, published, versus $100–300+ unpublished at Tripleseat and Caterease. We built it for our own hospitality venues; they run on it every day.
You already know the pain.
A printed BEO on event night — and the group text that follows it.
You can state an event's revenue. Not its profit.
Inquiry to signed, deposited, profitable booking.
AI proposals + BEOs
AI drafts the proposal and the BEO in your venue's voice, from the event record. You review and send.
Client portal
Your client reads, accepts, signs, and pays on their phone. No app, no account, no login.
Day-of captain app
The run-of-show, the kitchen fires, the room set, the final count — in your captain's pocket, not on a clipboard.
Per-event P&L
Food cost from your recipes, labor from your schedule, contribution margin on every event.
Every event carries its own margin.
Cost your catalog once — by hand, or by linking an item to its Heard Recipes plate so the cost keeps itself current — and every proposal prices its own contribution margin as you build it. Plan the staffing against the event and the labor lands on the same P&L. No double entry, no guessing at margin.
A fraction of the price. Published.
Tripleseat and Caterease run $100–300+ a month and hide the price behind "contact sales." SavorBanquet is $9.99 a venue, published, with AI drafting and the captain app.
$100–300+ $9.99

What is SavorBanquet?
Private-events and catering software for independent restaurants: a lead pipeline, AI-drafted proposals and BEOs in your venue's voice, a no-login client portal for accept + e-sign + deposit, a mobile day-of captain app, and per-event profit. $9.99 a venue, published. Built by Heard Management, which runs four venues on it.
Does my client need an app or an account?
No. The client gets one link. They read the proposal, pick their options, accept, sign, and pay the deposit on their phone — a code by email verifies them before money or signature.
Does the AI send things to my clients?
Never. AI drafts the proposal and the BEO; you review, edit, and send. Nothing reaches a client without you.
How does per-event profit work?
Every event carries its contribution margin — previewed at proposal time, actual after the night. Food cost comes off your catalog: enter it, or link an item to its Heard Recipes plate and the plate keeps it current. Labor comes from the staffing you planned against the event.
What happens to my price later?
The price you sign up at is locked for life. Increases only ever apply to new signups.
